Daka warrants new SEADOO SEASCOOTERS for 180 days according to the following terms.

Any part of the Daka product manufactured or supplied by Daka and found in the reasonable judgment of Daka to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Daka without charge for parts or labor. The Daka product including any defective part must be sent to Daka within the warranty period. The expense of delivering the Daka product to Daka will be paid for by the customer. The expense of returning the product to the customer will be paid for by Daka.

IMPORTANT

Please contact Seascooter Express Customer Service Center BEFORE returning any items. If you are asked to return any items, a proof of purchase MUST be attached.

This warranty commences on the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any Daka product that has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or that has been operated in any way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in the Daka User Manual. This warranty does not apply to any damage to the Daka product that is the result of improper maintenance or to any Daka product that has been altered or modified so as to change its intended use. This warranty does not extend to repairs made necessary by normal wear or by the use of parts or accessories which are either incompatible with the Daka product or adversely affect its operation, performance or durability.

In addition, this warranty does not cover items that experience normal wear and tear.

Daka reserves the right to change or improve the design of any Daka product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 6 MONTHS WARRANTY PERIOD. ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, ARE DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE APPROPRIATE WARRANTY PERIOD. DAKA'S OBLIGATION UNDER THE WARRANTY IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AND THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER. DAKA DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR THEM ANY OTHER OBLIGATION.

DAKA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPENSE OF RETURNING THE DAKA PRODUCT TO DAKA, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCT AND LOSS OF TIME OR INCONVENIENCE.

 

30 Day Complete Satisfaction Return Policy:

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. Under this policy, you may return to SEASCOOTER EXPRESS products that you purchased directly from SEASCOOTER EXPRESS within 30 days from date on packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable return fees. Call customer service at 1-774-212-0032 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
You must ship the products to SEASCOOTER EXPRESS within five (5) days of the date that SEASCOOTER EXPRESS issues the Return Authorization Number. You must also return the products to SEASCOOTER EXPRESS in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Parts and Accessories Warranty Policy:

90-Day Warranty:

All parts and accessories (except refurbished items) (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.


Order Cancellation Policy:

Please submit any cancellation via email to CancelOrder@Seascooterexpress.com or call our business phone at 1-407-592-8175. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Shipping Costs :

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped gound unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
